Revised Pricing update for STAT

For nearly two decades, we have kept the STAT™ at the same price to ensure accessibility for community service providers and early intervention programs. However, due to significant increases in the cost of goods, manufacturing, printing, and operational expenses, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our pricing effective March 1, 2026.

The STAT™ continues to be a valuable resource for autism screening in young children. Its brief 20-minute administration time and research-backed assessment of key social and communicative behaviors make it an essential tool for community-based providers. We recognize the importance of the STAT™ in early autism screening and remain committed to providing this evidence-based tool at a fair and sustainable price. We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership in advancing early identification and intervention for children with autism.

The STAT™ (Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers & Young Children) is an empirically derived, interactive measure that has been developed to screen for autism in children between 24 and 36 months of age. It is designed for use by community service providers who work with young children in assessment or intervention settings and who have experience with autism. The STAT™ consists of 12 items and takes about 20 minutes to administer. Activities assess key social and communicative behaviors including imitation, play, requesting, and directing attention.
