Additional STAT™ Certification / Online Tutorial

Existing STAT™ customers may purchase additional online tutorial logins/viewings so that additional individuals within their organization may certify to use the STAT. 

STAT™ Training Site License for Educational Institutions [10 Licenses]

$1,000.00

STAT™ Training Site License is available to educational institutions or academic medical centers to purchase STAT™ Certification / Online Tutorial for their medical students, graduate students, medical residents, or post-doctoral fellows. With this option, institutions may obtain the STAT™ Certification / Online Tutorial for 10 participants for a discounted license fee of $1000. Additional participants can be added to the Site License for $90 each (up to 25).

Each of the trainees will be provided with individual login credentials to STAT™ Online Tutorial and STAT™ Certification upon successful completion of the training. In addition to the online training access, copies of the STAT™ User’s Manuals will be shipped to the Institution's address for each of the trainees.

One STAT User’s Manual is included in the purchase of a STAT Test Kit and Additional STAT Certification / Online Tutorial.  You can choose this option, if you need more than one copy of the STAT User’s Manual along with your purchase of STAT Kit or STAT Certification / Online Tutorial. Additional copies of the STAT User’s Manual are also available for those who have purchased a STAT Kit and received training on the STAT TM. Kindly note that your purchase of STAT User’s Manual is subject to verification of purchase of a STAT Test Kit. Shipping fee is included in the price.
